If you wanted to learn a new skill, like an instrument, or building houses out of cards, or cooking, what sort of schedule would you prefer to achieve this?

• Get up each morning a little earlier for 5-10 minutes of practice to start my day.~
• Practice for 5-10 minutes after my work and primary activities of the day.~
• When possible, take it with me and practice over the lunch hour, or as I can during the day.~
• Instead of daily, sit down a few nights a week to practice for a longer section of time.~
• Practice on the weekends, as I’ve got time there.~
• I have a substantively different schedule I’d take over any of these.~
