• Not enough people responded, so you decided to ask it again~
• The Ornery Old Man in Another Life demanded that it be asked a second time~
• The system got bugged somehow and didn’t save that it had been sent already~
• You were briefly kidnapped, but had access to the polling system for only long enough to mark the previous question as unsent in the hopes that someone would check on you~
• You were lazy, or couldn't think of another question, so you just decided to ask the same one again~
• You were curious if anybody would notice, and based off the fact that no one said anything, nobody did~
