Which of the following (New Year's) resolutions do you think you might be able to commit to for a month?
- To delete all the distractions (social medias, games, scrolling outlets) off my phone~
- To take more time alone with my thoughts -- on my commute, while eating by myself, or elsewhere daily ~
- To really work every day on my music practice, to see how far I can get in a month~
- To read two chapters of a meaningful book each week~
- To hold to a proper sleep schedule of 8 hours rest a night, and to take notes on how I feel~
- To floss my teeth at least once a day, as slowing down to do so might help me have peace at night~
- I don't think I could do any of these.~
