When using a keyboard, do you generally prefer to use the number keys on top or the numpad?

• The number keys, because my fingers don't have to move as far off home row and I press them all the time for symbols anyways.~
• The number keys, because I can use two hands and be faster than if I were using one hand on the numpad.~
• The numpad, because I can very naturally and quickly type in whatever is needed.~
• The numpad, because my right hand often moves to my mouse anyways and the number keys are too far away for entering more than a couple numbers.~
