You take their code of silence, and venture through the jungle over what feels to be the longest time -- through treacherous, foreboding paths. Finally, however, you emerge into to a wide, blackened plain and a path leading to a bridge over a great chasm. The chasm stretches in either direction as far as you can see, but the bridge is sturdy, made of great stones that have clearly been here for many, many years. The priests guiding you stop, and gesture for you to continue alone.

• Venture cautiously across the bridge, remaining silent, bringing your horse alongside you.~
• Walk to the middle of the bridge and look down.~
• Stride confidently to the middle of the bridge, and shout "You shall not pass!"~
• Take a moment, and look around carefully. Ask the priests, "What happens if I speak?"~
• Decide it's not worth it -- turn back, and return home now.~
• Gesture to your companion from before, the Keeper of the Pact, to ask if he will join you in crossing the bridge.~
