• Stalin, because Hitler was much better at getting the people on his side through public relations than Stalin was.~
• Hitler, because at the highest echelons of power Hitler made enemies while Stalin made friends, meaning a reinstated Hitler would likely struggle to achieve much.~
• Hitler, because the aversion to the very concept of Hitler amongst Germans, Europeans, and the rest of the world would mean he would likely be immediately ousted, assasinated, or declared war upon.~
