- Sleep a consistent 8 hours every night.~
- Hydration! Drinking enough water daily is the most important thing.~
- No one gets enough vitamin C or D these days. Taking daily vitamins is important!~
- People are the problem. Avoid large gatherings, or wear an N95 or surgical mask.~
- Seasonal illnesses are most of the issue. Get your flu shot.~
- It doesn't matter what you do, getting sick is completely arbitrary~
