nap-time
- I have not taken a nap in the last two years.~
- 5-10 minutes, POWER NAP~
- 20-30 minutes, a quick recharge~
- 45 minutes, ideally waking up mid-REM cycle~
- 90 minutes, proper midday rest~
- I have no fear and no alarm. I will awake when the universe deems I ought, be it ten minutes or four hours.~
