What polling system/website feature should I implement first/next?

• Dark mode support for the emails sent out ~
• A way to log in on the website itself and see your responses/adjust preferences~
• Cookies~
• A way to actually sign up for polling automatically instead of manually doing it or via the spooktober page~
• An "unsubscribe" link in emails so I stop violating the CAN-SPAM Act~
• Coming up with a name for the polling instead of "Spooktover"~
